There are a few different ways you can share styles with your colleagues, depending on your situation. For example, if you expect a colleague will only need to borrow styles on an as-needed basis, you can have your colleague merge styles from a workbook you’ve already formatted. But if you expect colleagues to use your styles more consistently, you might want to store them as part of a template.
Merge your styles
To merge a formatted workbook’s styles into a new unformatted workbook, you need to use Excel's Merge feature.
To merge one workbook’s styles with another:
1. Open both the source workbook (the one already formatted) and the destination workbook (the unformatted workbook receiving the new styles).
