by T. L. Thomas

Application:

Microsoft Excel 2000/2002/2003/2004/2007

Operating Systems:

Microsoft Windows, Macintosh

By default, hiding a column or row also hides any graphic objects that are anchored to a cell in that column or row. This includes embedded objects, such as charts and pictures, and drawing objects, such as text boxes and AutoShapes. However, you can make sure that these types of objects always remain visible by changing their positioning properties.
