There are times when you need to change your data’s units of measurement. For example, the Arizona Trailblazers Hiking Club wants to accommodate their European and Canadian visitors by converting the trail distances in their brochure to kilometers, as shown in Figure A. Fortunately, you don’t need to spend time looking through conversion charts for the correct formula. Excel includes the CONVERT function as part of its Analysis ToolPak add-in. The Analysis ToolPak is included with Excel, and it’s a breeze to install.
